3. Customer Privacy & Data Protection

- Recovery agents are properly trained and authorized
- Collections are done during reasonable hours (8 AM to 7 PM)
- No harassment, intimidation, or abusive language is used

- Grace period is provided for EMI payments
5. Grievance Redressal
- A formal grievance redressal mechanism is in place
- Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours
- Resolution is provided within specified timelines
- Escalation matrix is clearly communicated

- Loans are provided without discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, or region
- All eligible applicants are treated fairly and equally
- Decisions are based solely on creditworthiness and repayment capacity

- Staff is trained on regulatory requirements

8. Staff Conduct
- All staff members are trained on fair practices
- Staff behavior with customers is professional and courteous
