1. Introduction

Welcome to Kadel Finance Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To apply for a loan, you must:

• Be a resident of India
• Be at least 21 years old and not more than 65 years old
• Have a valid PAN and Aadhar Card
• Meet our credit and income requirements
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Loan Application

All loan applications are subject to our approval process. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or modify any loan application at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee loan approval.

4. Interest Rates and Fees

Interest rates and fees vary based on several factors including loan amount, tenure, creditworthiness, and loan type. All applicable charges will be clearly communicated before loan disbursal:

• Processing fees: 1-2.5% of loan amount
• Late payment charges: As per sanction letter
• GST: Applicable as per prevailing rates
• No prepayment charges

5. Repayment

Borrowers must repay the loan as per the agreed EMI schedule. Late or missed payments may result in additional charges and negative impact on credit score. We offer a grace period of 3 days for EMI payments.

6. Prepayment

Borrowers can prepay the entire loan or make partial prepayments at any time without any prepayment penalties. Prepayment will reduce the outstanding principal and interest burden.

7. Default and Recovery

In case of default, we reserve the right to initiate recovery proceedings as per applicable laws. Default may also result in reporting to credit bureaus and legal action.

8. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
